Duluth Energy Efficiency Program (DEEP) Assists all Duluth residents in education about saving energy and money on home heating costs. 
Duluth Stream Corps

This group carries out restoration projects on coldwater streams on private land that feed into the St. Louis River and Lake Superior. There primary approach to this restoration is to plant trees and shrubs along the stream corridors. In so doing, they provide jobs for low-income people in the area.
